Is there a 0 star review option?! Tried to install and subscribe several times...just tried again. What a waste of my precious time... Used 3 different credit cards and gives me an error every single time. It asks for a document?! Exactly what kind...? Here in the US we dont really use our ID like that... Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!

My 6 month order wouldn't get activated with a direct debit from an overseas account so I had to refund it. I insisted for over 3 months with both Mercado Libre and GolTV and finally they refunded my order... Direct debit might not be the best method to activate a subscription in their app... you may need to use Westen Union.

App is not user-friendly at all. It's a poor-quality app and service. The service itself (App and webpage) will be down and the customer wouldn't get any streaming for several days without any reason or clue from GolTV. Overall there is a lack of development, commitment and professionalism with the end customer.
